Pork Chops in Spicy Tomato Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Pork Chops (I use boneless and trimmed of all fat)
  • 1 TBS oil
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
  • 1 (14 oz) can tomatoes
  • 1 tsp all spice
  • 4 whole cloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

In skillet, brown chops in the oil. Place chops in casserole in single layer. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pou8r over the chops. Cover and bake 350° for 45-60 minutes.
