Mashed Potato Dumplings

  • 2 C. Mashed potatoes
  • 3 slices bread, diced (may be toasted)
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Tbs. Salt
  • 3/4 C. Flour



Step 1

Mix mashed potatoes, bread, eggs, and salt. Then add the flour; mix until it starts to crumb and stick together in a pack. Flour hands and shape into dumplings using as much flour as needed to keep the dumplings from being sticky on outside. Boil for 20 minutes in salted water.
