Ingredients
- Fresh Mozzarella slices
- Fresh tomato slices
- 1 pkg pancetta
- 2-3 basil leaves, torn in small pieces
- Olive oil
- White wine vinegar
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Step 1
1. Brown pancetta in fry pan until crispy
2. Arrange slices of Mozzarella and tomato on platter.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and white wine vinegar
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, crumbled cooked pancetta and torn basil
