Ingredients

  • Betty Crocker Super Moist Triple Chocolate Fudge Cake Mix
  • 1 (16-ounce) container Pillsbury Creamy Supreme Chocolate Fudge Frosting
  • Nilla Wafers
  • Rold Gold Tiny Twists Pretzels
  • York Pieces - white color only
  • Regular M&M's - red and brown colors only
  • Black Icing - not gel

Step 1

Mix the cake mix according to the package directions. Line 2 to 3 cupcake tins with baking cups (20 to 22 cupcakes). Pour each baking cup 2/3 full with the cake mix. Bake the cupcakes according to the package directions. Allow the cupcakes to cool about 10 minutes and frost.

Place one Nilla wafer in the bottom section of each cupcake. Add a small portion of frosting to the "M" side of a brown or red M&M candy and place it in the middle of the Nilla wafer. Add two pretzels in the frosting above the Nilla wafer for antlers. Place two of the white York candies above the Nilla wafers to resemble eyes. You may have to add a small portion of frosting to the back of the York candy pieces if the "eyes" are being placed on top of the pretzels. Place a small dot of black icing in the middle of each York candy to resemble the pupil of an eye. Store in a cool place until ready to serve.
