Ingredients
- Individual container of plain greek yogurt
- Couple tablespoons natural peanut butter
- Honey or maple syrup to taste
- Any fruit you'd like

Step 1
Mix a couple spoonfuls of natural peanut butter and some natural sweetener into a 6 once container of plain greek yogurt.
It will thicken up and taste rich and decadent, almost like peanut butter cheesecake.
Eat it with a piece of fresh fruit for a sweet and satisfying meal.
