Cheesy Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 8 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 oz sour cream
- Bacon Bits
- 2 c milk
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 1/4 c butter
- 2 c potato water
- 1/2 lb Velveeta
- 1 can cream of celery soup

Preparation
Step 1
Boil potatoes until tender. Set aside, reserving 2 cups of water. Saute onion in butter until tender. Add milk, potato water, bacon, soup, sour cream and velveeta. Simmer until cheese melts. Add potatoes. Simmer until heated. Add salt and pepper to taste.
