Ingredients
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3 T minced shallots
- 2 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. honey
- 1/2 cup light olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Blend with immersion blender until emulsified, add salt to taste.
Great with a mixed green salad with sliced apples or pears and crumbled thick sliced bacon.
