  • 1 1/2 lbs Hamburger
  • 1 Large Onion (Diced)
  • 1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 1 Can Cream of Celery Soup
  • 1 Soup Can Milk
  • 1 bag Frozen French Frys

Step 1


Brown the meat. Remove the meat from the pan and drain it on paper towels. Cook the onion in the pan with the grease from the hamburger. When done remove the onions from the pan and drain with the hamburger. When drained, place the hamburger & onions in a baking dish (8 X 8 should do). Cover with French frys. Mix the soups and can of Milk together until well blended and pour over the French frys. Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake at 325 to 350 for 1 hour. Remove foil and bake another 30 minutes.
