Ingredients
- Cherrystone Clams, opened and prepared in shell
- Red Pepper, chopped
- Green Onions, chopped
- Olive Oil
- Spinach, torn into pieces
- Hot Sauce
- Bacon Bits
- Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese
- Parmesan Cheese
- Paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Heat skillet to med-high heat. Add olive oil and heat. Saute red pepper & onions until almost done. Add spinach, hot sauce and bacon bits and wilt. Remove from heat and add Colby-Jack cheese. Divide mixture among clam shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Bake at 450 for 5 minutes
