  • Cherrystone Clams, opened and prepared in shell
  • Red Pepper, chopped
  • Green Onions, chopped
  • Olive Oil
  • Spinach, torn into pieces
  • Hot Sauce
  • Bacon Bits
  • Colby-Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Paprika



Step 1

Heat skillet to med-high heat. Add olive oil and heat. Saute red pepper & onions until almost done. Add spinach, hot sauce and bacon bits and wilt. Remove from heat and add Colby-Jack cheese. Divide mixture among clam shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika.

Bake at 450 for 5 minutes
