- 1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
- 2 TBSP butter, melted
- 1/2 IB butter
- 2 cups flour
- 6 oz cream cheese
1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling together and set aside.
2. Mix together crust ingredients and make into small balls about the size of a walnut.
3. Place one ball in each hole of a cupcake pan and press into the bottom of each hole.
4. Drop filling into cups by the tsp.
5. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
