Ingredients

  • Filling:

  • 1 1/2

    cups light brown sugar

  • 1/4

    tsp vanilla

  • 2

    cups chopped walnuts

  • 2

    eggs

  • 2

    TBSP butter, melted

  • Crust:

  • 1/2

    IB butter

  • 2

    cups flour

  • 6

    oz cream cheese

Directions

1. Mix all the ingredients for the filling together and set aside. 2. Mix together crust ingredients and make into small balls about the size of a walnut. 3. Place one ball in each hole of a cupcake pan and press into the bottom of each hole. 4. Drop filling into cups by the tsp. 5. Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
