Ingredients

  • 4-6 potatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup real bacon bits
  • 1/4 cup green onions

Preparation

Step 1

Cut potatoes and place on foiled cookie sheet. Drizzle with oil. Lightly toss with tongs. Sprinkle with seasonings. Bake 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

Mix sour cream, ranch dressing, and milk.

After potatoes are cooked, layer on top with the sour cream mixture. Sprinkle on top with the next four ingredients.
