  • 1 ripe mango peeled, seeded, and chopped
  • 1/4 cup lime juice - (2 limes)
  • 1 teaspoon sugar syrup*
  • 3/4 cup white rum
  • Crushed ice as needed

Step 1

* To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

Place the mango and lime juice in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process until blended. Add the sugar syrup and the rum. Pulse to mix.

Pour the mixture over a glass full of crushed ice.
