Ingredients

  • 2 Onions
  • 10 Green Chillied
  • 2 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon pwdr
  • 1/4 tsp cloves pwdr
  • 4 cans of Tuna
  • Potato buds about 1 cup
  • 1 - 2 Lemon Juice
  • Salt to Taste

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the first 3 ingredients in food processor. Heat oil in a skillet. Add chopped ingredients and let it brown a little, then add the pepper, cinnamon, cloves. When that is almost fried, add Tuna (drained). Let it cook for about 5 minutes. Add Lemon Juice and salt. Taste and see if you need more Lemon juice or salt. Add Potato Buds to this mixture, enough to bind and add about ½ cup of hot water and mix. When it is cool make the cutlets and dip them in beaten eggs and bread crumbs. When ready to eat, deep fry them.
