Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• 1 white cake mix
• 1 C sour cream
• 3 eggs
• 2 T oil
• 1 pkg instant pudding (vanilla)
• can pie filling (peach/apricot/apple etc)

Preparation

Step 1

Stir all ingredients (except pie filling) with spoon. Don't overmix.

1. Grease and flour jelly roll pan
2. Spread batter in pan
3. Spread pie filling on top
4. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees
5. Can drizzle with p. sugar frosting when
