  • 6 Tbsp Butter
  • 1/3 Cup Lt. Corn Syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 lb Powdered Sugar
  • 1/2 lb Flaked Coconut
  • Cinnamon

Preparation

Step 1

Blend the butter, syrup, salt and vanilla in a large bowl. Add sugar & coconut, mix well. When to stiff to mix with a spoon, use your hands to knead the fondant on a board. Knead until well blended and smooth. Shape into bite size balls and roll in
Cinnamon.
