Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (we use brown rice)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 Tablespoons chopped dried parsley
- 1/2 4-oz. can chopped green chilies
- 1 cups Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 good dash black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 small onion, finely chopped or

Step 1
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 8-inch square baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 minutes longer.
