Ingredients
- Heat and pour over top of potatoes:
- 7 Medium potatoes cooked, shredded or cubed
- (or use frozen, I prefer Or-Ida, hash browns thawed)
- Put potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13.
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup finely chopped onions
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 Tbl. butter
- Stir together and crumble on top:
- 1 cup crushed corn flakes
- 2 Tbls. melted butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
