Ingredients
- 1 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Oregano
- 1 tsp dried Basil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3/4 Cup Olive Oil
Preparation
Step 1
In a small bowl, combine vinegar, mustard, sugar, garlic powder ,oregano, basil, salt , onion powder and pepper. Whisk until sugar dissolves. Gradually add olive oil, whisking to combine well. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
