Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tsp. Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. celery seeds
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 pork loin
- 1 cup BBQ sauce

Step 1
1. In small bowl combine Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt, celery seeds, pepper and garlic
2. Place pork loin in large plastic bag pour marinade over pork loin.
3. seal and marinade at least 4 hours
4. preheat oven to 325 degrees.
5. remove loin from bag and place on roasting pan, discard marinade.
6. roast pork for 2-2 1/2 hours or until internal temp. registers 160-170 degrees.
Serve with BBQ sauce.
