Ingredients

  • cabbage
  • pickling salt
  • I tsp White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • warm water
  • quart jars

Preparation

Step 1

Shred cabbage and toss with pickling salt. Put into sterilized jars with remaining ingredients. Seal and leave alone for 3-4 week.
