  • 1 C. Apple juice
  • 1/2 C. Apricot jam
  • 1/4 C. Balsamic vinegar
  • 4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

In a small saucepan combine apple juice, jam, and vinegar. Bring to a boil then lower to a simmer. It will take about 15 to 20 minutes for it to reduce to a glaze. While the sauce is reducing, seasoning the chicken with the salt and pepper. Place chicken on an outdoor grill or a grill pan. Cook until juices run clear from the thickest part of the chicken. Brush the chicken with the glaze and serve with rice and steamed vegetables.
