Ingredients
- 1 pkg (12oz) frozen cheese filled tortellini, cooked
- 1 medium zucchini thinly sliced
- 1 lg. carrot, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 pint (2 cups) cherry tomatoes in 1/2
- 4 green onions, sliced thinly
- 1/2 cup fat free ranch
- 1/2 oz (2 Tbsp.) fresh Parmesan, grated
Preparation
Step 1
1. Prepare noodles according to pkg. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.
2. using a 5 1/4 qt. colander, place pasta tortellini in bowl add veggies and toss with salad dressing.
3. grate Parmesan cheese over salad and toss lightly
4. cover and chill 30 minutes, serve
