Ingredients
- Alternate:
- 2 cups kosher salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 1/2 lbs. baby potatoes
- 3-4 small red potatoes
Preparation
Step 1
Combine salt and rosemary on a sheet of foil. Bury the potatoes in the salt mixture and form a packet.
Grill over medium heat, covered, 45 minutes
Alternate: Poke hole in each potato to gent steam. Cover bottom of a foil loft pan with salt. Place potatoes in pan, and cover completely with salt. Grill over direct heat with grill lid closed fo4r 40 minutes or until potatoes are done.
