MONSTER COOKIES

Ingredients

• 1-1/4cups1-1/4 cups packed brown sugar
• 1/2cup1/2 cup shortening
• 22 eggs
• 2-1/2cups2-1/2 cups Bisquick mix
• 1cup1 cup old fashioned or quick cooking oats
• 1cup1 cup M&M'S
• 1/2Cup1/2 Cup raisins
• 1/2cup1/2 cup chopped nuts

Preparation

Step 1

Heat Oven 375 degrees
In large bowl beat brown sugar, shortening and eggs with electric mixer medium speed or mix with spoon Stir in remaining ingredients

On ungreased cookie sheet drop dough by spoon fulls about 2 inches apart
Flatten to about 1/2 inch thickness with bottom of glass dipped in sugar

Bake 12 to 16 minutes Cool 3 minutes remove from cookie sheet to cooling rack
