Cranberry and Orange Relish

This is the recipe that comes straight off the Ocean Spray wrapper.
Rob has memories of making this in grade school and with his family every year for Thanksgiving.
I had the chance to go with Rob and his Grandparents Smith to the one of the Ocean Spray bogs in Massachusetts when we were dating. The cranberry musuem is now closed, to my disappointment when I tried to stop there with the boys in 2008.
My cousin Rob Tucker likes the canned cranberry (so does my Dad). He likes to cut the slices according to the ridges.

Ingredients

• 12 oz Fresh cranberries
• 1 Orange zest
• 1 c Sugar
• 1 c water

Preparation

Step 1

Cook over medium heat until berries pop. Let sit for one hour or more.
