  • 2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts cut into 1" chunks
  • 1 bunch green onions cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 lb. asparagus cut into 1" pieces
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 4 tblsps. dry white sherry
  • 4 tblsps. sugar
  • 2 tblsps. peanut oil
  • 2 tblsps. sesame seeds



Step 1

Mix soy sauce, sherry, sugar, peanut oil, sesame seeds, in a 1 qt. saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes or until mixture thickens, let cool. Set aside 1/2 cup sauce. Marinate chicken in remaining cooled sauce in refrigerator for 1 hour or longer. Place chicken in wok over a medium hot fire and grill for about 2 minutes. Add onions and asparagus, grill 4-7 minites, stirring constantly. During last minute, brush chicken and vegetables with reserved sauce.
