Ingredients

  • 1 can (10 1/2 oz) golden mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped, onion
  • generous dash pepper
  • 1/3 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

1. combine 1/4 cup soup with remaining ingredients except water; mix thoroughly.

2. shape into 6 patties; place 9x13. pan

3. bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.

4. spoon off fat. Combine remaining soup and water. pour over meat

5. bake 10 minutes. more.
