Poppy Seed Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant coconut pudding mix
  • 1/4 cup poppy seeds
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup hot water
  • Glaze:
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • milk

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer until blended, about 2 minutes. Pour into prepared bundt pan. Bake for about 45 minutes until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool in pan about 15 minutes and then invert on plate. To make glaze add 1 T. milk at a time until desired consistency, you don't need much! Pour glaze over cake.
