Cheese Cake

Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 2 pkg cream cheese, room temp
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Crust:
  • 1 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, room temp
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 T. sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375

Mix crust ingredients together and spread evenly in a spring form pan. Beat filling ingredients for 5 minutes until creamy, pour over crust. Bake for 25 minutes until the edges get a little brown. Mix topping ingredients and pour over cheesecake, spread evenly. Chill for at least 4 hours.
