Ingredients
- 2 lb. hamburger
- 3 cans chili beans
- 1 lrg. can tomato juice
- chopped onion
- chopped green peppers
- chili seasoning packet
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Fry 2 lb. of hamburger; drain; put in large dutch oven pan. Put three cans of chili beans and one large can of tomato juice in with the hamburger and stir. Add chopped onion, green peppers, salt and pepper. You may add a packet of chili seasoning if you have it. Simmer until ready to eat.
