- 2 CANS LOW SODIUM BLACK BEANS RINSED AND DRAINED
- 1 SMALL ONION OR 1 PACKET LIPTON ONION SOUP MIX
- 2 LARGE CLOVES OF GARLIC
- 2 EGGS
- 1/2 CUP FLOUR
- 1 TABLESPOON CUMIN
- 1 TEASPOON MONTREAL STEAK SEASONING
- 1 TABLESPOON STEAK SAUCE
- DASH OF WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
- PARSLEY TO TASTE
- CRACKED PEPPER TO TASTE

Preparation
Step 1
PLACE ONION (IF USING) AND GARLIC IN FOOD PROCESSOR. PULSE UNTIL MIXTURE IS MINCED. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS AND PULSE UNTIL MIXTURE RESEMBLES GROUND BEEF. MAKE 6 BURGERS. (DIP FINGERS IN WATER WHEN MAKING BURGERS TO KEEP MIXTURE FROM STICKING TO HANDS) PLACE ON PARCHMENT LINED BAKING SHEET. FREEZE. REMOVE FROM FREEZER AND PLACE IN INDIVIDUAL BAGS. WHEN READY TO USE PLACE IN SKILLET (STILL FROZEN) WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL. COVER AND COOK ON LOW UNTIL BROWN, TURN, BROWN OTHER SIDE.
