Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cups (2 1/2 sticks) butter, softened
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 2/3 cups (10 oz. pkg.) Reese’s Peanut
- Butter Chips
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar in a large bowl with mixer until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla, beat well. Gradually add rest of the ingredients.
Drop by spoonfuls on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake, cookies will be soft. They will puff up while baking and flatten while cooling. Cool slightly and put on cooling rack. Makes 4 ½ dozen.
