Combine crepe ingredients in a blender for ultra-smooth consistency. Crepes can be made ahead of time. Separate crepes with wax paper and store. While you prepare your filling warm crepes in a low oven. Makes 8 crepes.

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of dried dill
- 1 teaspoon of dried chives
- 1 cup milk

Preparation
Step 1
Beat eggs, and then add flour and seasonings. Add milk and
beat until smooth. Refrigerate 2 hours.
For each crepe, pour
2-3 tbsp. of batter in a heated, oiled pan. Brown lightly on
each side.
