  • 6 slices bread
  • 2 c shredded cheese
  • 2 c evaporated milk
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper
  • 1 lb. sausage
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cuts crusts from bread. Butter bread and teal into bite-sized pieces. Place in greased 13 X 9 pan. Brown and drain sausage and put over bread pieces. Cover with cheese. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over sausage. Refrigerate overnight. Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before cooking.

Bake 350° for 45 minutes.
