Forgotten Roast

Ingredients

  • 1 medium to large roast (frozen or thawed)
  • 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

put in large pan in order listed; distribute soup as evenly as possible.
cover with foil and bake in 250 degree oven until fork tender
- example: I usually do this for Sunday meal. I put it in at breakfast and we eat mid afternoon. Even the toughest meat came out yummy!
