Ingredients
- 1 Cup Chopped Pecans
- 2 Cups Sweet Coconut
- 1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix
- 1/2 Cup Butter, Melted
- 8 Ounces Cream Cheese
- 3 Cups Powdered Sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Spray 13 X 9 pan with cooking spray. Scatter nuts and coconut evenly in pan.
Prepare cake mix as directed on box. Pour over nuts and coconut.
Combine melted butter and cream cheese, beat until smooth. Add powdered sugar one cup at a time, beat on low until smooth and creamy.
Dollop tablespoons evenly over cake. Bake at 350 40-45 minutes, or until set.
