Filet with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients

• 4 filet steaks 5-6 oz
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 tsp. black pepper
• 1 Tbsp. olive
• 8 oz mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped
• 1/4 cup A1 sauce
• 1 Tbsp onion flakes
• 2 tsp. brown sugar
• green salad and asparagus

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat broiler coat pan with nonstick spray
2. season steak with salt and pepper. place on prepared pan and broil for 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare (130 degrees), keep warm to rest for 5 minutes.
3. meanwhile, heat lg. skillet over medium heat. add olive oil, mushrooms, garlic, and cook 5 minutes occasionally.
4. Stir in A1 sauce, onion flakes, brown sugar 1/4 cup water, cook 3 min until thick.
serve with salad or asparagus, if desired.
