Directions

Cooking day instructions Mix together buttermilk with mustard, honey and seasonings. Place chicken breasts in freezer bag. Pour marinade over chicken breasts. Freeze. Serving day instructions Thaw chicken, discarding marinade. Grill over medium heat until chicken is tender and juices run clear.
