Fudge Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 C sugar
  • 1 1/2 C cream
  • 2 1/2 sq chocolate

Preparation

Step 1

Blend ingredients. Boil on high for 3 minutes without stirring. Reduce heat. Cook to soft ball- 238 degrees. Cool, beat til creamy. Add cream if frosting becomes too thick.
