Spicy, Garlicky Brussels Sprouts
- 3 lbs, brussels sprouts, halved
- 6 T olive oil
- 1 t crushed red pepper
Preparation time 30mins
Bring large pot of salted water to boil; add brussel sprouts & cook 2 min.
Drain well & pat dry.
In large, deep skillet, heat 3 t oil til shimmering. Add half the garlic & half the brussel sprouts & cook over hi heat for 1 min. Add half crushed red pepper, season with salt & cook over mod. het, stirring a few times, til brussel sprouts are browned & tender, @ 3 min. Transfer to serving. Repeat with remaining half of brussel sprouts.
