Watermelon-Basil Iced Tea

Ingredients
- 1/2 watermelon - medium to large size cut into 1/2 ince pieces and de-seeded
- 1/2 c honey
- 12 tea bags - decaf
- 1 gallon water
- 1/2 gal sparkling water
- 1 bunch basil leaves
- 1 bag of ice

Preparation
Step 1
Using a large stainless steel pot, heat all of the tea bags with 3/4 gal of water until boiling.
Then allow to cool completely, removing tea bags after 10 minutes.
Using a blender, blend all of the watermelon pieced with the basil, honey and remaining 1/4 gallon of water.
Combine cooled tea with watermelon-basil mix and the sparkling water.
Fill cups with ice and enjoy.
