Sour Cream & Pecan Dreams

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 2 c flour
• 1/2 t baking soda
• 1/4 t salt
• 1/2 c unsalted butter
• 1 c dark-brown sugar
• 1 lg. egg
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/2 c dark brown sugar
• 1/2 t cinnamon
• 1/4 c sour cream
• 1 c pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 350 deg. Line cookie sheet with foil. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; beat butter, sugar, egg and vanilla for 2-3 mins. Gradually add flour mixture. Roll mixture into ball and place on cookie sheet. Make a wide depression in center of cookie. Stir sugar, cinnamon & sour cream together. Stir in nuts. Spoon onto cookie. Bake 13 mins. Cool on cookie sheet.
