Snickerdoodles

Ingredients

  • 2 3/4 c flour
  • 1 t baking soda
  • 1 c butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t cream of tartar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 1/2 c sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Beat butter, sugar and eggs together. Add blended flour, cream of tartar, soda and salt. Shape in balls. Mix together 2 T sugar and 2 t cinnamon. Roll balls in sugar and press down in center with finger. Place on buttered and floured cookie sheet and bake at 375 for 8 mins.
