Orange Pineapple Cake

Ingredients

  • Cake:
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 C vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can mandarin oranges, drained
  • Frosting:
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple drained

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix cake ingredients together and bake at 350 in 9 X 13 pan about 30-35 min. Cool.
2. Mix frosting ingredients together and chill before spreading on cooled cake.
