Banana Coffee Cake

Ingredients

• Cake:
• Blend together:
• 2 T sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 C ripe bananas
• 2 C bisquick
• Topping:
• 2 t cinnamon
• 1/4 C sugar
• 2 T bisquick
• 2 T butter

Preparation

Step 1

1. Blend cake ingredients together vigorously for 30 seconds. Spread into greased 8 X 8 in pan.
2. Blend topping ingredients together, cutting in butter. Sprinkle on top.
3. Bake 20-25 min at 400 degrees.
