Blueberry Upside Down Cake

Ingredients

  • 6 T soft butter
  • 1/2 C b sugar
  • 2 C blueberries
  • 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1 1/4 C flour
  • 1 1/2 t b. powder
  • 1/2 C milk

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 2 T btter, stir in b. sugar. Spread into an ungreased 8 in baking dish. Arrange blueberries over b sugar mixture, set aside. Cream remaining butter, beat in sugar. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Combine flour and b powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk. Carefully pour over blueberries.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minute. Immediately invert ono a serving platter.
