Ingredients
- 4 lb Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Sage to Taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the Salt, Pepper & Sage and rub it all over the roast. Cook at 325 for 1 ½ to 2 hours
Cherry Sauce
While the roast is cooking, mix:
Tie the following spices in a spice bag or cloth
12 Cloves
3 inch stick of Cinnamon
Drain a 16 ounce can of Sweet Cherries
Add enough water to make ¾ cup of juice
Put the syrup 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice and 1 Tablespoon melted Butter
Into the syrup. Add ¼ Cup Vinegar and 1 ½ Cups Sugar
Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer to reduce the syrup for about 10 minutes
Add Red food coloring if necessary.
Mix ¼ Cup Corn Starch with water and thicken the sauce. Pour over the roast or serve in
