Ingredients
- Icing:
- 1 pkg lemon jello (3 oz)
- 1 C boiling water
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 C vegetable oil
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 C p sugar
- 1 T lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Dissolve jello in hot water. Cool. Combine cake mix, eggs, oil, lemon juice and jello. Beat til smooth. Pour into greased 9 X 3 pan. Bake at 350 dgrees for 30-35 minutes. Combine icing ingredients and pour over hot cake. Return to oven for 2 additional minutes.
