Clean Eating Dijon Cole Slaw
I absolutely love cole slaw, all kinds of cole slaw. This has been one of my “go to” cole slaws for a couple years now. The dijon adds just the right amount of tang!!
- 2 tablespoon clean eating mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard (check the labels to make sure you use a sugar free mustard)
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
- 1 package cole slaw mix
- salt and pepper to taste

Cooking time 10mins
Whisk together mayonnaise,mustard, vinegar, celery seed, garlic and sugar substitute. Add cabbage and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
