Clean Eating Dijon Cole Slaw


I absolutely love cole slaw, all kinds of cole slaw. This has been one of my “go to” cole slaws for a couple years now. The dijon adds just the right amount of tang!!

Clean Eating Dijon Cole Slaw 1 Picture


  • 2 tablespoon clean eating mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard (check the labels to make sure you use a sugar free mustard)
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seed
  • 1 package cole slaw mix
  • salt and pepper to taste

Cooking time 10mins


Step 1

Whisk together mayonnaise,mustard, vinegar, celery seed, garlic and sugar substitute. Add cabbage and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
